COMMITTEE
The society shall be governed by the Committee. The Executive Committee of the society shall consist of the following members:
- OSA
- Advisors
- President
- General Secretary
- Assistant General Secretaries
- Public Relation Secretaries
- General Members
MEMBERSHIP
- Membership is open to any students of AIUB who shares the aims of the society and agrees to comply with the Constitution and rules of the society.
- All members must provide valid information while registering for the society.
HONORABLE LIFE MEMBERSHIP
The society members will get the Life Time Membership of the society. In General Meeting may by a two-third majority of those present and voting confer Honorary Life Time Membership upon any member who has performed outstanding service to the society.
GENERAL MEMBER
- All the General members are bound to abide by all the rules of AIUB.
- They have to maintain the society's regulations.
- They are requested to attend all the events.
- They have to volunteer in all the events if asked by the event's coordinator.
- They should not indulge in any task that will bring shame to AIUB or AHS.
- They should not use the society's name or AIUB's name for personal gain or in business.
- If they want to use or represent AHS in some events, that must be informed to the President beforehand.
- All the members must attend the general meeting.
- Members with probation in AIUB will be counted as non-members until they get out of probation, and they are requested not to participate in any events for their betterment.
- If any member is found breaking the rules and regulations of AIUB or AHS, they will be dismissed from the society immediately.
- Members will be dismissed if they misbehave with each other, any members, or any of the executive members.
- Members who cause any problem during events will be dealt with strictly.
- All members must do volunteer jobs for all the events; if there are problems, the coordinator must be informed.
OTHERS
- When there is a task to be done, the assigned person is responsible and should hand over the completed task to the President / GS / Coordinator / Asst. Coordinator by the deadline.
- All members should unite as one in order to get the best output for a particular event.
- When there is a problem or task to be done, executive members should help each other out.
- To improve the well-being and reputation of the society, members should unite as one family and commit to society events.
- If you are assigned a task and do not know what to do, ask the person who assigned it and clarify what needs to be done.
- Failure to clarify will result in work not done, slowing down the whole process of event preparation.
- The person assigning the task should always check the progress of the task periodically.
- If you finish your assigned task, take the initiative to help those who have not finished to speed up preparation.
- If you are not assigned a task, you should also take the initiative to help out; your help is greatly appreciated.
- Committee members should provide their full support in events when requested by the Coordinator / Asst. Coordinator.
ELECTION
- If any position on the Committee becomes vacant, the Committee can call a General Meeting for the election of a member to that position.
